How many days does it take to receive the goods after payment?

Depends on the delivery method selected by the customer

After the customer pays, we will usually ship the goods on the same day/next day.

Can I return or exchange a product after purchasing it?

We do not accept returns for any products purchased in stores or online.

In order to improve after-sales service and protect the rights and interests of our customers, we have launched a 7-day replacement policy for damaged products. The above policy only covers unused watch products. If they have been used, they will be repaired. *Not applicable to straps/tools.

Store shopping

When the store purchases goods, customers will be inspected on the spot to ensure that there are no problems with the goods. If there is a problem with an unused timepiece within 7 days from the date of purchase (only movement problems are included), you can apply for an exchange. If it has been used, it will be repaired. To protect the rights and interests of guests.

Online Shopping

The goods will be inspected before the order is sent to ensure that there are no problems with the goods. Exchange instructions

If an exchange is required, please bring back the receipt/invoice, product and packaging. Only items of the same model will be accepted for exchange.

After receiving the package, if the product model you received is incorrect or missing/defective due to shipping, please provide photos of all items and shipping packaging. Please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will resolve your situation as quickly as possible.

Exchange items and packaging must be in new/original condition, with all tags and original packaging attached, and unused.

Labels must not be disassembled, cut or damaged. Must remain unworn and in original condition as shipped from the factory.

Products will be recovered by face-to-face delivery for exchange. Please bear the return shipping costs incurred by shipping.

How to perform maintenance and repair services?

Just provide the product's maintenance card/service book, or the receipt issued by our store, and explain the key points that need repair, and we will follow up for you.

After we confirm that the product meets the maintenance scope, we will recycle the product through face-to-face delivery. Please bear the return shipping costs incurred by shipping. (Only applicable to watch products purchased at Hourglass Watch Store, maintenance services are not accepted for watch products purchased outside Hourglass Watch Store)

Strap length adjustment/punching

If you purchase a watch or watch accessories in our store and find that the strap length is not suitable, you can bring the watch or watch accessories to the store. During the maintenance period, we will adjust it for free and provide you with the most perfect after-sales service.
