| If there is no suitable battery after opening the cover for inspection, there is no charge. If your watch is no longer able to operate due to malfunction, you will also be charged the normal replacement price. |

Maintenance and after-sales service
Hourglass Service During the warranty period, you can enjoy the following after-sales services for free in our store
- If there is any damage within 7 days, it will be replaced (excluding man-made damage, if the product has been used, it will be returned to the original factory for warranty)
- Leather strap punched/metal strap length adjustment
- Replace the battery once (only applicable to quartz watches)
