The Timex Marlin Jet captures the futuristic design of the 1960s with understated details and a sleek 38mm brushed stainless steel case. However, its most striking feature is the domed crystal. Crafted from Hesalite (a refined acrylic resin prized for its clarity and ease of maintenance), the crystal covers the entire top surface of the case, enveloping the fluted bezel engraved with the Marlin name and lending captivating depth to the watch's retro-futuristic look. It seamlessly blends with the flat case sides, leaving only the lugs visible. The case sides smoothly transition into the screw-down transparent caseback, mirroring the domed contours of the crystal and enhancing the watch's streamlined shape and space-age aesthetic. Concentric circle motifs can be found in three key locations on this watch: beneath the inner bezel arch, on the crown, and on the caseback. The concave dial, available in black, green, or blue matte, features a crosshair pattern and a date window at 3 o'clock.
